Gift Vouchers by Email

Our e-vouchers are designed for those last-minute presents or perhaps belated ones!

Once you purchase an e-voucher, the voucher will be sent to the email address of your choice, on your chosen start date, where it can be downloaded along with the information pack and our T&C’s. Please note you can only request a start date within a 2 month period from the date you place the order.

The e-voucher will be sent to your chosen email address at 12am on your requested start date. There is a £1 admin fee on top of some e-vouchers, this has already been added, there are no additional charges when you reach the checkout. If you prefer to receive the voucher as a postal voucher to prepare in advance as a gift, then we recommend you purchase a Postal Voucher. Postal Vouchers attract a p&p charge.

State your desired start date (maximum of 2 months from the order date), and vouchers are valid for a full 12 months from the required start date.

We operate all year round, giving the recipient the choice of season to use their voucher, within the 1 year period. Please note, that treks and experiences operate with minimum numbers, therefore availability is always dependant on demand. A pack accompanies the gift vouchers with information about each option, advising as to when they are most popular, the minimum numbers required and how to book.

Llama and Alpaca Experience E-Vouchers can be used by the recipient towards any of the treks or experience options.

From July 2026 we are only operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We are a small family run business and are going through a very challenging time. Charlotte is our only experienced team member and is running the experiences. Jess (our daughter-in-law) is on maternity leave. Unfortunately, I (Suzanne) am now only admin based due to caring fulltime for my husband, who is terminally ill with cancer. We have considered employing additional team members, however this is not currently practical for us, to ensure a continued quality service.

We hope that resources will increase from Spring 2027. We will continue to operate all the experience options and the Scenic Trek throughout 2026, however these are now restricted to 3 days a week. Half Day Treks will not be operating from the end of August 2026, these we hope to re commence from Spring 2027.

Restricted availability is not ideal and we are sorry for not being able to offer 7 days a week like we normally do. This is however only temporary, please get in touch should you have any questions or concerns over the use or purchase of gift vouchers.
