We are closed from Monday 17th August 2026 to Wednesday 26th August 2026 due to a recent very close family bereavement and the funeral taking place on the farm.
Please note from September 2026, we will only be operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. We are a small family run
business going through a very challenging time, due to bereavement.
Charlotte is our only experienced team member and is running the experiences. Jess, our daughter-in-law, is on maternity leave, therefore we have limited
resources. We will continue to operate all the experience options and the Scenic Trek over 3 days a week throughout 2026. Half Day Treks are no longer available during 2026, we hope to re commence from Spring 2027.
Restricted availability is not ideal and we are sorry for not been able to offer 7 days a week like we normally do. This is however only temporary, please get in touch should you have any questions or concerns over the use or purchase of gift vouchers.

By Train – The nearest Train Station to our Farm is Harrogate, (approx 10miles). You will then need to either use a Taxi Service or Bus Service. Both of which are easily accessible directly adjacent to the Harrogate Train Station.
By Bus – No.24 to Pateley Bridge from Harrogate. This route will take you approx 45 mins from Harrogate. You will need to ask the driver to stop BEFORE you reach Pateley Bridge in the village of WILSILL, this is the next stop after Low Laithe. If you stay on the bus until Pateley Bridge you will have gone too far and it could take you 45 mins to walk to Wilsill. Once you reach Wilsill, you will then need to walk approx 1 mile from the main street up ‘The Raikes’ and along our farm lane, so you must allow another 15 minutes for your walk. Please note the majority of this walk is up hill!
There are other Taxi Services in Harrogate, however you will need to provide them with our directions (which are forward to you upon booking), to ensure they locate our farm with ease.
By Car – If you wish to travel by car full directions are provided upon booking.
