Gift Vouchers

From July 2026 we are only operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We are a small family run business and are going through a very challenging time. Charlotte is our only experienced team member and is running the experiences. Jess (our daughter-in-law) is on maternity leave. Unfortunately, I (Suzanne) am now only admin based due to caring fulltime for my husband, who is terminally ill with cancer. We have considered employing additional team members, however this is not currently practical for us, to ensure a continued quality service.

We hope that resources will increase from Spring 2027. We will continue to operate all the experience options and the Scenic Trek throughout 2026, however these are now restricted to 3 days a week. Half Day Treks will not be operating from the end of August 2026, these we hope to re commence from Spring 2027.

Restricted availability is not ideal and we are sorry for not being able to offer 7 days a week like we normally do. This is however only temporary, please get in touch should you have any questions or concerns over the use or purchase of gift vouchers.

Postal Voucher

Take up to 48 hours to be processed and dispatched. These can be posted either to the purchaser or direct to the recipient. All gift postal voucher packages contain a llama/alpaca greeting card that is blank inside so a personalised message can be written in it, (which we can do for your if going direct to the recipient). The package also contains a leaflet, T&C’s and useful information about llama trekking. The package arrives in a blank brown envelope, so it is discreet, just with our address on the back in case of return. Postal vouchers attract a charge for postage and packaging.

E-Voucher

These can be for immediate delivery for the last minute gift purchase! The e-voucher can be emailed either direct to the purchaser or to the recipient. You can put a message on the e-voucher if you wish and choose the start date anytime from the date of purchase to 2 months ahead. They are valid for 12 months from your chosen start date. The e-voucher will be emailed to your chosen email address on the start date of the voucher. T & C’s and an information package is also included. A £1 admin fee has been added to selected E-Vouchers, with no additional charges at checkout.
