The Llama and Alpaca Experience Gift Vouchers can be used for all our 6 different options of treks and experiences.

All vouchers are valid for a full 12 months from the chosen start date, you can choose the voucher start date, within a maximum of 2 months from purchase date.

We operate all year round, giving the recipient plenty of opportunity to experience our llamas and alpacas. Please note, that treks and experiences operate with minimum numbers, therefore availability is always dependant on demand. A pack accompanies the gift vouchers with information about each option, when they are most popular, minimum numbers required and how to book.

Gift Voucher Packages contain a llama/alpaca greeting card that is blank inside so you can write your personalised message to the recipient.

Alternatively, we can fill this in for you if you would prefer us to send the gift voucher package directly to the recipient. The package also contains a leaflet, T&C’s and useful information about llama trekking. The package arrives in a blank brown envelope, so it is discreet, just with our address on the back in case of return.

Please note that minimum age restrictions apply for each option. Minimum age on the farm is 7 years old. Also note that treks and experiences are run based on demand and minimum numbers, therefore we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

From July 2026 we are only operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

We are a small family run business and are going through a very challenging time. Charlotte is our only experienced team member and is running the experiences. Jess (our daughter-in-law) is on maternity leave. Unfortunately, I (Suzanne) am now only admin based due to caring fulltime for my husband, who is terminally ill with cancer. We have considered employing additional team members, however this is not currently practical for us, to ensure a continued quality service.

We hope that resources will increase from Spring 2027. We will continue to operate all the experience options and the Scenic Trek throughout 2026, however these are now restricted to 3 days a week. Half Day Treks will not be operating from the end of August 2026, these we hope to re commence from Spring 2027.

Restricted availability is not ideal and we are sorry for not being able to offer 7 days a week like we normally do. This is however only temporary, please get in touch should you have any questions or concerns over the use or purchase of gift vouchers.
